Appearance
Smooth remote stroke playback
Paces other users' incoming strokes across frames instead of drawing each network update the instant it arrives. Turning this off can look choppier but may reduce lag on slower devices.

How many layers new sessions start with.
Color picker
Pick color on key release
Holding the color picker's keybind switches to it temporarily; releasing the key picks the color under the cursor and switches back to your previous tool.
Navigation
Zoom step
How much each zoom-in / zoom-out action scales the canvas. Also used for scroll-wheel zoom.
Brush size scroll step
How many pixels each scroll-wheel tick changes the brush size. Rebind the scroll wheel in Keybinds to use it for something else.
Finger drawing
Let a bare finger draw on the canvas. Turn this off on a tablet if you only want fingers to pan, pinch and rotate. Using a stylus turns it off automatically until you switch back.
Timeline
Snapshot interval
How often the timeline captures a snapshot of the canvas, in seconds. Minimum 1 — each capture encodes the layers, so short intervals cost frames while drawing.
Max snapshots
Maximum number of timeline snapshots to keep. Oldest are pruned when the limit is reached.

Stroke log size
Total strokes kept across all users before oldest are dropped.
Preset loading
Pick which brush properties are overwritten when you load a preset, from either the Library or your Favorites. Unchecked properties keep their current values.
